About Us

In 2010, shortly after her son was diagnosed with ADHD, the clinics founder, Lisa Willow, noticed there were few services for both children and adults struggling with symptoms of ADHD. She set out to learn and research as much as possible about the condition and has since dedicated her professional life to helping others by offering therapeutic services, skill development, education, symptom management, ADHD coaching, and lifestyle management.
At West Coast Adult ADHD, we recognize that ADHD requires in depth specialized treatment that can only be delivered by clinicians who have extensive training in evidenced based treatment protocols for ADHD. Treatment is a collaborative process involving a thorough assessment of executive functions of the brain. In this way we can work together to address specific strengths and weaknesses in order to create a treatment plan that is individualized and supportive to each persons unique needs. ADHD is often accompanied by other conditions such as anxiety and depression. These co occurring conditions will also be addressed in a comprehensive treatment plan that will help you to overcome obstacles, reach your goals, and realize your true potential.

Most of our clinicians have lived experience with ADHD.
They understand the challenges firsthand, and are here to help you navigate them with compassion and clarity.

Eliisha is a Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in ADHD and RSD, bringing both clinical expertise and lived experience to her practice.

Eliisha is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a special interest in the diagnosis and management of ADHD. Prior to becoming an NP, she worked for seven years as a critical care Registered Nurse, developing a strong foundation in assessment and clinical decision-making—skills she has continued to apply in her NP roles in primary care and cardiac surgery over the past five years.

Her interest in ADHD began when she identified a gap in support and resources for ADHD within her family practice. Motivated to bridge this gap, she pursued additional ADHD-specific training and was later diagnosed with ADHD herself. This dual perspective—both professional and personal—fuels her commitment to providing compassionate, empowering care.

Outside of work, Eliisha enjoys hiking with her husband, infant son, and their two Frenchtons, Gordon and Luna. She also loves snowboarding, painting, and experimenting with homemade mac and cheese recipes.

Hi, I am Lisa Hardy. I am a psychotherapist, art therapist and coach with over 12 years’ experience helping a wide range of people. My discovery as a student of Art Therapy helped me find the capacity and brilliance of my own ADHD.

Trauma was my career wheelhouse but now I am passionate in taking the specialized training and experiences of this work, to help people with ADHD, build on capacity and use past mental health struggles as a springboard to greater vibrancy and resiliency.

My role as therapist/coach is to facilitate and support this growth, discovery and self-learning, in a safe and compassionate relationship. What a great context for people with ADHD, seeking to create a healthy self-image, self-mastery and a clear vision for a future filled with meaning and purpose.

Sometimes our greatest discomfort comes when we aren’t who we once were and we are not yet who we are becoming. We need each other’s support to step into this reality.

Regardless of all the training that I have taken and years of experience, my clients are the experts on themselves. My role is to use the training and experience that I have to provide my clients with the necessary tools to help them navigate through their journey and find self-fulfillment. I take pride in tailoring my approach to each of the clients that I am working with as there is no “one size fits all” in counselling.

Audrey is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) registered with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Audrey holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing, and a Masters of Nursing degree as a NP. She has always held a passion regarding human psychology.

At the same time, she knew she wanted to pursue a profession helping people. As a Registered Nurse (RN), she had the privilege caring for those being treated for leukemia, and receiving bone marrow transplants (BMT). It is here where Audrey realized that she valued the unique rapport between herself and her patients. Today, as an NP, Audrey continues to enjoy forming therapeutic rapport with her patients while overseeing their care as a primary care provider.

In the primary care sector, her focus has been predominantly on woman’s health, sexual health, and mental health. After witnessing the effects of the pandemic on her patients’ mental health, Audrey sought out additional training from CADDRA’s ADHD program to better understand and assist her patients. At the West Coast Adult ADHD clinic, Audrey sees and assesses all walks of life to help bring better clarity to their symptoms, and guide them forward to proper treatment. She otherwise values time outside work with her husband and dog, regularly goes to the gym, and eats what Vancouver has to offer.
