Therapy and Coaching Support for ADHD

ADHD can impact your relationships, emotions, and daily routines — but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re looking for therapy, ADHD coaching, or both, our team offers evidence-based support tailored to your needs. All sessions are virtual, making it easy to access compassionate, ADHD-informed care from wherever you are in British Columbia.

Therapy for ADHD

Our Masters-level therapists use a variety of evidence-based approaches to support emotional wellbeing, self-regulation, and executive functioning.

Modalities We Offer:

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

CBT helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected. It’s great for building self-awareness, improving focus, and reducing anxiety or negative thinking patterns common in ADHD.

DBT teaches practical skills to manage big emotions, build mindfulness, and improve your relationships. It’s especially helpful for emotional regulation and impulsivity in ADHD.

ACT helps you connect with what truly matters to you and take action—even when things feel hard. It’s ideal for people with ADHD who want to build motivation and reduce avoidance.

This research-based approach supports couples in understanding each other’s needs, improving communication, and working together through ADHD-related relationship challenges.

Originally developed for trauma, EMDR can also help people with ADHD reprocess negative beliefs and improve focus and emotional resilience. It uses guided eye movements or other techniques to support healing and clarity.

All sessions are virtual and covered by most extended health plans

ADHD coaching helps you overcome challenges, build structure, and move toward your goals – with strategies tailored to the ADHD brain.
