Adult ADHD Diagnostic Assessment – $399
- Virtual appointment with a Nurse Practitioner specializing in ADHD
- Review of medical, developmental, and mental health history
- Diagnosis (if indicated) and personalized treatment plan
- May include medication recommendations, therapy, or coaching
